*No Returns *No Exchanges

** Exceptions - please message us if you do have a genuine issue with your order and we will work with you to solve the issue. We will do a return, partial refund, or exchange if there is something significantly wrong with your purchase that was not accurately described in the condition of the listing.

** Victory Girl Collection does not do exchanges or returns based on fit issues so please choose wisely! We are more than happy to take additional measurements and answer any questions or concerns you may have before purchasing. 

** Victory Girl Collection does not do refunds or exchanges for unclaimed items, or items returned due to non payment of customs fees.

** ORDER CANCELLATIONS: We request that you do not purchase and then cancel your order as it is very hard on a small business. If you absolutely must cancel your order, there is a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. We CAN NOT offer order cancellations for orders requesting to have the parcel arrive by a specific date. If you need an item by a specific date please send a direct message BEFORE purchasing and find out if it is possible. If you have not sent a message, there will be no cancellation. No exceptions.
